Megan's Quilt Part 2

Today is a new day! I have not picked up a piece of fabric in over 2 months!!!! School has been almost for me. But, alas I began, again!

Today was quite a boring day. With school cancelled I re-evaluated what today held for me. I love to quilt! This is a passion that has always been in my heart. No matter how confused I might get with it (which way does this fabric go?) It will always make since in the end! It always comes together!

This quilt is amazing! I have the top 90% done. All that is left is the appliqué! And for that I will be able to take a few short cuts of the trade and get it finished quickly!!

Tonight, at Hobby Lobby, when I was buying fusible web for Megan's quilt I purchased fabric for 2 more special quilts I plan to get put together after the first of the year. These will be small quilts but beautiful nonetheless. I plan on calling these quilts "Girly-Girl" and "Fancy Pants".

However, I have Megan's quilt to finish before I start any other. When I am finished with the appliqué I will post pictures of her finished quilt top. After that come quilting and then binding. I am so excited to do this quilt. It has stretched my mind and added to my list of techniques.

Blessings dear friends & Happy quilting!
